Loved ones, including parents, partners, siblings and others, amplify emotions, and with the right tools can help reduce intense negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. This workshop will:
- Identify situations that warrant including loved ones
- Discuss specific skills needed to engage loved ones
- Demonstrate how to structure sessions to maximize success
