1. Identify the most current APA Guidelines for working with Sexual Minorities.
2. Understand the fundamental issues of diversity when working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer patients (LGBTQ).
3. Discuss the integration of CBT and multicultural competence.
